SMALL SHOES BIG DREAMS
YMCA Youth Basketball builds healthy kids and offers one of the best ways for a child to get in shape through youth sports. Participants will learn the fundamentals of the sport in addition to learning how to play the game in a competitive manner. The program is designed to develop each participant’s skill set in the following areas: ball-handling, passing, shooting, dribbling, as well attaining a solid basketball foundation, while learning how to apply aggressive defensive skills in a manner that is basketball appropriate.
