Youth Fitness Camps

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

YMCA Youth Fitness Camps are a fitness program that will appeal to kids from ages 8-13. This class is for athletes that want to improve their strength, speed, and agility or for kids that just want to have fun, and be active. This class is designed for all fitness and skill levels. Our passionate, experienced, and knowledgeable fitness professionals will make this a dynamic, fun and worthwhile experience.

The YMCA Youth Sports Program helps kids become not only better players, but better people as well. It’s a progressive program, with multiple age-specific levels. Every child gets to participate in a safe, exciting and fun environment. We encourage fair play, positive competition, and family involvement.
